Improves LED indicator reliability when receiving push mail.
Delivers SMS messages that are over 160 characters as expected.
When receiving a second incoming call; it improves the quality of the notification tone; elimnates unexpected continuous ring tone; no longer suspends audio temporarily for the first line, causing the first caller to think the call is disconnected.
